
Seven years ago, I followed my heart and moved to Norway to start a new life. My partner has been gluten and lactose intolerant for many years, so I began experimenting in the kitchen to create meals and treats we could truly enjoy.
What started as simple trial and error quickly turned into a passion for adapting everyday recipes into versions that are just as comforting, satisfying, and flavour-packed — without gluten or lactose.
